- *50 Disable Call Waiting (for all subsequent calls)
- *51 Enable Call Waiting (for all subsequent calls)
- *67 Block Caller ID (per call)
- *30 Block Caller ID (for all subsequent calls)
- *31 Send Caller ID (for all subsequent calls)
- *82 Send Caller ID (per call). Dial "*82" + "number". No dial tone is played in the middle.
- *69 Call Return Service: Dial *69 and the phone will dial the last incoming phone number received.
- *70 Disable Call Waiting (per call). Dial "*70" + "number". No dial tone is played in the middle.
- *71 Enable Call Waiting (per call). Dial "*71" + "number". No dial tone is played in the middle.
- Press *98 on the phone connected to your adapter
- Press 1 to listen to your messages
- Press 3 for Personal Options
- Press 2 for Administrative options to change your password
- Press 3 to hear or change your greetings
- Contact us to change your Voice Mail to Email settings
- To access your Voice Mail remotely
- Call 833-982-5548 from any phone
- Enter your phone number with a leading 1 (ie 1234567890)
- Enter your voice mail password
- If you don't have a password, contact us to set one up
- You have a separate answering machine connected. It could even be built right into your phone.
- If you have a separate answering machine connected, disconnect it.
- If the answering machine is built into your phone, disable it.
- Check your phone adapter connection to the Internet
- Power cycle your modem, router and phone adapter
- Wait 5 minutes for the devices to fully power up
- Try a different cable to connect your adapter to your router
- Reset your device:
- Pick up the phone attached to the Home Phone Device
- Dial * * * Note: if you have no dial tone, you will probably hear an error code after entering "* * *" in this case press * again
- Enter 99 and get the voice prompt "Reset"
- Enter the encoded MAC address of the device using the format below:
- The MAC address is a 12 digit HEX number located on the bottom of the unit. It will look something like this: 000B822F42EA
- Encode it as follows:
- 0-9: 0-9
- A: 22
- B: 222
- C: 2222
- D: 33
- E: 333
- F: 3333
- example: if the MAC address is "000B822F42EA", it should be encoded as "000 222 820 032 333 3"
- After entering the code wait 20 seconds and then hang up the phone
- Wait 5 minutes for the device to reset then retest.
- If your phone service still is not working unplug the power from the device for 20 seconds and plug it back in
- Wait 5 minutes for the device to reset then retest.
Three Way Calling Not Working
- Unplug the power from your phone adapter
- Wait 20 seconds
- Plug it back in
- Wait 5 minutes for the adapter to reboot
- Unplug the power from your phone adapter
- Wait 20 seconds
- Plug it back in
- Wait 5 minutes for the adapter to reboot
- Unplug the power from your phone handset
- Wait 20 seconds
- Plug it back in
- Make sure the Caller ID setting in your phone handset is turned on
